Description:

West L.A. Commercial Property Firm is seeking an energetic, self starter to work in our fast pace environment.

The position requires organizational & communication skills, ability to learn fast, initiative, attention to detail and multitask.

Education and Experience:

Degree or College course preferred
2 years of experience in an office or accounting dept environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Daily Bank Deposit preparation:
Monthly Bank Reconciliations, journal entries
Posting transactions require to complete Bank Reconciliations
Analyze, review and prepare expense allocation spreadsheets
Accounts Payable Backup person

General Office Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones, disbursing incoming calls and taking messages
Answering front door for visitors, deliveries and solicitors
Handle incoming and outgoing daily mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Maintain office equipment supplies
Filing, scanning, copying and maintaining filing systems.
Office supplies, ordering and inventory monitoring
Perform any office task necessary to ensure smooth operations

Position is available immediately. This is a full time position Monday through Friday.
Compensation starting at $18 per hour plus Medical Insurance.
